DYLAN'S LOVE OF LIFE AND SMILE WILL BE MISSED BY HIS FAMILY AND COMMUNITY

Dylan loved fishing from the first fishing pole given to him by his grandpa when he was just a little child. He spent hours out on the water fishing with his dad, Mike Kelly. He even had aspirations of obtaining his captain's license so he could take others out on fishing charters. He loved playing practical jokes on his friends and family, mudding and going to his all-time favorite theme park, Gatorland in Orlando, from the time he was a child until adulthood with his family.

In the early morning of June 19, 2016, Dylan's life was tragically taken by an underage impaired captain.  Dylan did everything right.  He followed the rules of the water.  He had proper lighting for night fishing with his friend.  He was sober. Unfortunately, the impaired captain did not respect the rules of the water.  He didn't have any lights on his boat. He was going to fast in a no wake zone.  He was impaired.

DYLAN IS WHY WE FISH. THE BEST WAY TO HONOR DYLAN AND HIS FAMILY IS TO RAISE AWARENESS FOR THE IMPORTANCE OF A SOBER CAPTAIN AND FOLLOWING ALL SAFETY RULES ON THE WATER.
