Dejan Kuljanin (May 24, 2002 - October 1, 2023)

Dejan tragically lost his life due to a driver under the influence on October 1st, 2023. You can ask anyone that knew Dejan and they would all say his smile could light up the room. Dejan was a senior at Rockford University. Dejan was at Rockford University through a full ride scholarship which focused on becoming an educator. His passion for helping others is admired by many. Dejan was a senior at Rockford University majoring in Elementary Education with endorsements in Special Education and teaching English as a second language. He was projected to graduate on May 11th, 2024. He was loved by so many and was an amazing role model for so many people. Dejan had accomplished so much in his lifetime. The world not only lost an amazing person but also an incredible educator.
